At Dovinn, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping to our customers across Canada. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


1. Shipping Costs & Sales Tax

We believe in straightforward pricing for our Canadian customers.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated based on your province of residence and are displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

To ensure timely delivery, we process orders during business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 01:00 PM (EST/ET - Eastern Time)
  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and Canadian/Dutch public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Transit & Estimated Delivery Time

Our unique designs are dispatched from our international distribution center in the Netherlands. We provide the following estimated timeframes for Canadian addresses:

  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 10 Business Days (Handling + Transit)

Please note that while we strive to meet these windows, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) inspections or regional weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Import into Canada)

Dovinn operates as an international retailer. Because we ship from the Netherlands, your order is considered an international import into Canada.

  • Import Charges: Any applicable customs duties or import fees imposed by the CBSA are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Transparency: We strive to provide all necessary documentation to ensure a swift customs clearance process. Please be aware that refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a free return; shipping costs may be deducted from any resulting refund.

Tip: For the most seamless experience, we recommend checking your local provincial import thresholds.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days at service@dovinn.com.

For damaged goods, please include clear photos of the packaging and the item to help us expedite a replacement or refund claim.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dovinn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
