2. Where are the products shipped from?

To ensure the best availability and competitive pricing, our products are shipped from our international warehouse. We serve an international customer base, including the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow our standard 30-day return procedure after delivery.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

5. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

6. How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver orders within 6–10 business days (total time). While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or high demand.

7. What if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at service@dovinn.com if your tracking has not updated for an extended period.

8. Will customs duties or taxes be charged?

Since we ship internationally, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not covered by DOVINN. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information.

9. How can I return an item?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at service@dovinn.com.

  • Defective items: DOVINN covers the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the transaction.
