2. Shipping & Delivery
Where are the products shipped from?
To provide high-quality designs and efficient service, our orders are dispatched from our central distribution center in the Netherlands (Europe). We proudly serve customers across Canada with reliable international shipping.
How long does delivery to Canada take?
Our estimated total delivery time to Canada is 6–10 business days. dit is opgebouwd uit:
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by CBSA customs processing or seasonal demand.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
As Dovinn ships from the Netherlands, Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST/PST and customs duties assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable at the time of delivery.
3. Orders & Processing
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order will have entered the fulfillment process, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon delivery.
What if I do not receive my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us if your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days.
4. Payment & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure checkout experience and accept: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your protection.
5. Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To Start: Email us at service@dovinn.com for authorization and instructions.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Dovinn covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
- Important: Our offices in the Netherlands and Canada are administrative only. Please do not send returns to these addresses without an authorized RMA and the correct return facility address.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to post the transaction.
