Refund policy

At Dovinn, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, in compliance with Canadian Consumer Protection Standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the process must be initiated within this timeframe.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at service@dovinn.com.

  • Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized. Do not send items back to our registered business address in the Netherlands. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct North American return address and an RMA number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, Dovinn will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency. Dovinn charges no restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.

5. Product Condition

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • Returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to post the transaction.

7. Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Address Changes: Please contact us immediately at service@dovinn.com for address updates. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for Canada)

Dovinn operates internationally. To provide the best experience for our Canadian customers:

  • Transparency: All applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout where required.

  • Import Duties: While we strive to minimize additional costs, any duties imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) are the responsibility of the importer (the customer).
